QUANTITIES

There is a minimum order of 12 on most products I offer.

PROOFING

It is your responsibility to carefully review your proofs for any mistakes (typos, grammar, punctuation, layout, etc.). Any errors found after you have given your final approval will be corrected at your expense.

RUSH ORDERS

Rush orders are accepted depending on my availability and the requirements of the project. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering and a 25% rush fee will apply.

 

VARIATIONS
Because all my products are handcrafted and hand-assembled, they may vary slightly from one piece to another. However, be certain it is my goal to deliver the highest quality products with unsurpassed personal care and attention.

 

COLOR DISCLAIMER

Since color resolution varies between computers and mobile devices, colors seen in the digital proofs on your screen could differ slightly from how they look printed.

SHIPPING
All items are shipped either through USPS or UPS Ground.  Each order is packed with the utmost care to ensure that it arrives to you exactly the way it left my studio.  Items lost or damaged in transit to you unfortunately are not my responsibility. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order any time prior to production, however you will be responsible for your deposit and any materials already purchased. Once your order is in production, I can no longer cancel your order.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Due to the custom nature of my products, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Although, every effort will be made to assure your satisfaction. In the case of an error made on my part, I will reprint the item(s) at no additional cost. However, you will be responsible for any reprinting costs due to incorrect information that you approved.

 

DESIGN PROPERTY
All designs and concepts are the property of The Social Butterfly. All work may not be reproduced in any form without my consent. I retain all personal rights to use the preliminary and completed designs for the purpose of display or for other clients, upon request.
 

PRIVACY

Any personal information that you provide will only be used to communicate with you, to fulfill your order, or where it is required by law. I will never sell or trade your information to any third party.​
